Anyone having problems logging in to Eurosport Player this afternoon? Tried logging in using email and password that worked yesterday and keep getting incorrect login details message. Tried password reset and get error message "something went wrong".

    Looks like it's ITV4 highlights then - what a bummer. Eurosport Player is a bag of sh*te at times.

    IPad app is not connecting for me, nor was Chromecast, but Android app seemed to get in OK. Screen too small though.

    I have just asked for a full refund as I only took out subscription 3 weeks ago. If I am unhappy with their response then I will be dealing through the credit card company. Not happy!
    PS - Same result on the phone app.

    So how the f**K can I get ES on a hooky feed but not on the subscription I pay for?
    Really ought to open up the feed if the problem is validating logins.

    Eurosport player is just the worst piece of web-paging I can think of. I get home @7:30pm to watch the highlights and the "1pm" clip ends with 1.5km to go!

    Had to watch the last 1.5km on youtube.

    The player has got worse lately, the removal of option to rewind live TV by 3 hrs is particularly brainless as you now cannot restart a programme yet to finish (afaik). Then again it now seems to remember my login (today apart, of course) which it did not before.

    I emailed their support address a couple of weeks ago about the new app not working on my Fire Tablet. Finally got a reply, which was:
    It's taken me more than a week to get back to you, and I have no excuse beyond the fact that we are currently dealing with an unusual number of queries following our latest update. So, Thank you for your patience.

    As for your question about accessing Eurosport Player through Amazon Fire Tablet.

    I would like to inform you that this option is not available anymore.

    So that's just marvellous :evil:

    An "unusual number of queries following our last update" I wonder why maybe because it's completely rubbish.

    So every month Eurosport take payment from my debit card and confirm this by email and yet when I log in to my account they tell me that I have no subscription. Given that I have "No Active Subscription" according to them, I can't change the card or even cancel it. Every month it just rolls forward. All emails, whatever you say, to Customer Care get the same reply saying that they'll get back within 24 hours (they don't) and that they have problems (true) which they are fixing (untrue).

    So I've just spoken to my bank who have cancelled all future payments to Eurosport from my debit card (I was on a rolling monthly deal with the minimum period completed). They've made a note on file so that they can tell Eurosport to bog off if they complain.

    Bye bye Eurosport - never again.
