Meanwood Valley Trail & Other North Leeds Routes

Does anybody have a link to the complete Meanwood Valley Trail and other routes in North Leeds (Harewood House and the trail off Stairfoot Lane)? I am getting back into mountain biking and cannot remember the routes, and will be time limitied so cannot afford to go down dead ens.

    Noy ridden them but those are next to my house and iirc if you search activities in Strava or routes on ridewithgps you'll find them easily enough. I also think there was an Evans MTB route setting off from Harewood on Strava.
