Out front Garmin edge stem mount

Does anyone use one of the Gub or similar, Out front Garmin Edge stem mounts?
Like one of these;

If so, do you recommend them? I'm looking to add a GoPro underneath and am also wondering about possible vibration in the footage.
Is it best to have the above mount or to have two seperate mounts?
