Hello

i have gone up the road route a couple of times, and think i can see an off road route over the other side of the resovoirs. Is that what i can see? Do you know how to get on to it, and how far it goes up and where it comes out at the top? Is it possible to get back on to the A635 when it gets back to the top? I could not see anything that looked like it conected when i was on the 635

There's a Bridleway that runs from the South of Dovestone Reservoir to Chew Res but it ends there.A footpath continues over to to Ladlow Rocks where it meets the Pennine Way(also a footpath). The Pennine way cross the A635 at Wassenden Head. From memory of walking that section of the Pennine Way it would not be enjoyable riding. From what I can see on the Map all the "Tracks" on Saddleworth are Footpaths, many are dead ends.
