    I can see how the mistake happened, I don't think it's that big a deal. As Blakey said upthread the whole publishing industry is inherently sexist. Sex sells and they know it, but they have to go about it in such a way as to not make it too obvious. It's pretty dishonest in a way. I'm of the opinion that it's a storm in a teacup, or should that be a C cup?
