Yep and another break away day nothing wrong with a Contador attack
few seconds here, few seconds there.....0 -
Bit of random diatribe about Clint Eastwood's knees just then from circus oaf Carlton Kirby.0

I appreciate that most ads are profoundly awful on many levels, but does anyone else find that CA Technologies one particularly dire?0
-
With Fraille out today, Qhubeka are down to only 3 riders. This, my friends, is why they don't get enough WT points...0
-
Carlton has a new rider pet name... Teddy Theuns (pronouncing Theuns as Toons). Now where is the mute button?0

I'm just left wondering when the marathons are going to be. Surely it can only be an annual event.0 -

The Alpecin one is just cheap and tacky.
The CA one is full scale wanky pseudo-business rubbish.0 -
So. A sprint coming up then. And Seville has a bridge.0

There are splits in the peloton.0

Trentin wins.0

Some GC men must have lost time, Froome was up there, I think Nibali and I saw a Trek rider so maybe Contador is safe.[Castle Donington Ladies FC - going up in '22]0

Moscon was 2nd. Is there anything the man can't do?? :shock:0

froome and contador get time on gc?"If I was a 38 year old man, I definitely wouldn't be riding a bright yellow bike with Hello Kitty disc wheels, put it that way. What we're witnessing here is the world's most high profile mid-life crisis" Afx237vi Mon Jul 20, 2009 2:43 pm0

I'm waiting for Kirby and Kelly to realise and identify the riders.0 -
Think Aru lost time to Froome and Nibali, like he did on a similar stage in the TdF.
Edit: or maybe not, think he was there with F & N, together with Contador, Chaves, and Van Garderen0 -
Time gap after 15th Place. Froome, Nibali, Chaves, Kelderman all on the same time for the stage.0

The only sprinter in the race appears to be a lead out man.
Not sure why Modolo et al bothered to turn up.
At least the GC boys all managed to stay awake.
QS don't appear interested in looking after Sky bound de la Cruz.
Over half the stages have been won by Belgian teams."Science is a tool for cheaters". An anonymous French PE teacher.0 -

I half agree - The Alpecin one actually makes me laugh - admittedly not as much now after the 37th viewing...
Toally agree about the CA one: but my sense is that whoever directed the Alpecin ones has done the best with pro cyclists as his/her muses...
Usually for any TV commercial, the cut aways and peripheral characters are so clunky that it can't be anything other than intentional. The CA cak people need to be shot with a big gun.
Isn't Moscon amazing?0 -
Quick Step have now won 5 stages in each of this year's grand tours.
Froome's injuries do not look good.
