Hi, I need your expert advice, I've been working this summer to afford a new bike(I've got an old univega) after watching the market for some time now, I've got 3 choices

rockrider 9.2(2017)

cube Ltd 2013

bh zenith 2012
They have been suffering modifications, but in essence, from these bikes and their stock configuration, which one would you choose? they all cost about the same, only the rockrider having a 30 euro premium more than those

The 9-2 is by far and away the best bike there, it has the best forks and slightly better components throughout. It is however a Full Susser and will carry a weight penalty over a decent hardtail and the BH is a nice light XC biased hardtail and may be better for whatever YOUR usage and YOUR style of riding are. The Cube is similar in character to the BH but not as good.
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
  • thank you very much, I think I will go for the rockrider, the only problem being that the front fork's condition is unknown , only the rear suspension having a recent check, while the bh had a complete check recently
