Mavic Aksium III Road Shoe advice

Hello everyone,

I'm looking into buying a new pair of shoes and the Mavic Aksium III look good and are a decent price. Have anyone used them? Any pros and cons of laces? I really like the looks too!

    Maybe a late reply on this.

    I have not bought the Mavics with laces.
    But I have been using Shimanos RT4 shoes for a couple of month this summer and are amazed about how good they fit with the lacing.

    I have been using standard shoes aswell with BOA and straps.
    They fit good for anything.

    But with laces they fit even better in my opinion.
    I get a more accurate fitting all over the topside on the foot when I can adjust tension with the laces all over the foot.

    And today I ordered the Mavics from Wiggle :)
