I want someone to give my bike a good service before the birmingham Velo - anyone got any reccomendations of shops with good mechanics ?

    Fred Williams, Wolverhampton (right in the city centre). Get it booked in early though they often have a 1-2 week waiting list.

    Fishface Cycled in wombourne..

    2 wheels in Amblecote

    Bache Brothers in Lye

    And also Freds in Wolverhampton

    All good LBS with good spannering skills.

    If you are looking within the stourbridge area it has to be either two wheels or Bache Brothers. Both great shops with great staff. Baches usually turn things around a bit quicker though.
    There is another bike shop in the town centre which isn't worth bothering with
