Can I fit Cannondale SI Cranks to a Cannondale Capo frame?

I recently bought a used 63cm Cannondale Capo - the aluminium Track frame that is commonly used for Fixies and Commuter Customs! It has a pair of RPM Cranks fitted which have seen better days.

Can I fit Cannondale SI Road Cranks, using the standard BB30 Bottom Bracket?

No. Capo takes a standard threaded BB.
