HI All

i brought my NukeProof Mega 2nd hand, and been really good riding, more roads and off road. But hope to be over the chase soon

Not been 100% convinced on the brakes.

i know the rotors are

pads i don't know, but i was told when i got it they was bedded in and the done about 30 miles.

i done about 100 miles now and i am not convinced.

Looking at other Mega builds, people seems to get

as i don't know the pads, i would changes these too. But what pads suit these discs?

Thanks

Phil

Won't make a blind bit of difference to stopping power, unless you are doing mega long DH Alpine runs and boiling the brake fluid.

They do make a difference hence why they have different compounds to choose from . Jesus .

Shimano 'Ice-Tech Freeza' rotors are both steel and ally. The latter being added to help with heat displacement.

He was talking about pads, which I wasn't. OP is about rotors. The braking surface is still steel.
