Good day I am new to this forum I was wondering have you ever heard of a cardinal 29er hardtail mtb ? I own one but just want to hear if it is of decent quality because i want to do MTB XCO. the specs are: tyres:schwlabe racing ralph Shifters:shimano 8 speed 3 speed. zoom front and rear disc brakes. Quando wheelset. Cardenal front forks. hope this helps to give me an idea if I can do xco with it. thanks.

I'm afraid that's not a decent quality bike, by all means go and do some racing but you have marginal brakes and a poor fork and the bike probably weighs 3kg more than a decent spec bike.
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.

could I still do some trails and things with it that are not too hectic but still abit rough?

You certainly could but beware the limitations of the fork, I'm certainly not one to put people off riding a mountain bike off road, but also don't want people to hurt themselves.
