Ok .... decided after a quick blast on my wifes 100mm Superlight, that I would benefit from a 120mm bike rather than another 150mm jobbie

and the internet says the best bikes for me are the Anthem 2 .. or the Habit 4

I love the look of the lefty habit, despite it being heavier than the anthem ... BUT, all the 2017 models come with normal forks and there are no 2016 lefties left

so the question being .... what was wrong with the 120mm lefty ? .... all the reviews loved it for its needle bearing precision and smoothness, response blah blah blah ... yet 1 year later and the bike looks like any other ????

what was wrong with that lefty fork !

I don't know but as a guess it will most prob be the price, they most prob can get ordinary forks a lot cheaper.

ah thats what I was hoping .... didn't want to continue my search for a 2016 model if it was because they were ultimately crap ..... but keeping the price point by using mass produced forks would seem viable

mind you I haven't had any luck finding a 2016 Habit 4 anyway, so will probably end up with the lighter and probably better anthem

A friend of mine has a lefty and loves it, he's had it around 2 years now with no issues, just looks a bit odd to me but it works well.
