New bottom bracket - HELP

I’m looking to change the bottom bracket and chain on my Litespeed Ghisallo.

The only markings I can see on the existing bracket read ‘BC1.37 x 24 Road’

I’ve typed the reference into Google and it brings up a multitude of different bottom brackets from Tiagra to Ultegra.

Any thoughts?

    That's the old and very common English threaded BB , also called BSA.
    So it depends what crankset you have now and what you want to pay for a new BB, all those will do the the job if yours is a recent Shimano crankset.
