Hadley hub problems

Im not going to say im complete noob at diy on my mtb but im stumped here.
Ive got a 2009 stumpy with the fox talas forks ive recently upgraded the wheels purchased from ebay some mavic 823 with hadley hubs the rear fits fine on my bike but the front wont even slide into my forks and after measuring its a 20mm axle and ive got a 10mm dt swiss axle on my previous wheel how do i convert the hadley from 20mm back to 10mm, ive tried searching google and cant find any answers PLEASE HELP !!!!!!

Need the right fitting in the hub for the right fitment.
