Giro Empire ACC heel pad query
I just bought new Giro Empire ACC shoes from Evans via ebay.
I have noticed one of the heel pad screws isn't sitting right and upon removing the insole I can see the little round grip inside the shoe is jutting up at an angle.
I know these are replaceable but what tool is required so that I can rectify this?
No allen key seems to fit.
Any help appreciated.
