For next few weeks I need to commute from Northwick Park to Baker Street. Any local commuters care to recommend a decent route? Is the A5 a no-no?
Going to use a CX bike with Gatorskins so could do a bit of gravel if necessary.
Thanks in advance.

    Hi

Not sure if this is helpful, but I have a nice-ish route that takes me from mid Hertfordshire (north of Watford) that goes via Harrow & Wealdstone train station->Kenton-> Kingsbury (A4006) briefly A5 towards Hendon, then a left onto the A504, and left onto A502 all the way through Golders Green, Belsize Park, Hampstead then a stretch along Regents Park, reckon from there you can get a route to Baker Street easily enough. At 7am it's pretty clear but am yet to do the return journey after work!!

Let me know if you want a kmz/ gpx file or a link to it on www.ridewithgps

my wife used to do that mostly along the canal, have you considered that option?
Rule #5 // Harden The Feck Up.
