After building a new 20 inch wheel MTB for my daughter using a GIANT XTC lite/20 Jr frame from a well used bike. Its now time to do the process again for my son
He rides a 16 inch Saracen bolt which is a great light little bike but now he is easily do 8 to 10 miles and getting into riding The time is to build him a bike ready for Christmas.
So that its a surprise for Christmas I asked him what colour he wants his next bike Pointing at Ford Focus in Orange. Thats great as Wilkinson powder Coaters in Crewe do that colour.
So second hand Giant XTC bought off ebay These frames are so superior to the ones Giant make now.

Anyway all bits are ready Wheels are on their way I did buy some Blue pedals off eBay but the finish is crap so I ordered some Orange resin ones with removable pins.
The brakes are Shimano BR445/BR446 from his mums bike as she has had an upgrade Well OK I got the Deores on my new Norco Storm hard tail and she got the brakes from there! But as I am doing the builds etc..........
