Silent (or near!) rear hub for Saracen Mantra Elite 2016?

Hello! My first post, and really hoping some knowledgable person out there is gonna help me solve this problem!
I bought my girlfriend a 2016 Saracen Mantra Elite for her birthday, but she absolutely hates the noise it makes freewheeling. The "just keep peddaling" solution is no use, as she sometimes enjoys a gentle freewheel/look at the scenery and nature type of cycle rather than zooming around.
The "you'll get used to it" solution also doesn't work as the bike is brand new, and may end up being sold if I can't solve the problem... and sold almost unused is better than used-for-a-few-months-with-the-inevitable-scratches. And really, she's never gonna get used to it making a racket!
I put it in the repair shop to get it greased, but it's made hardly any difference, so the next step is seeing if I can get a replacement rear hub that doesn't make noise. The guy in the shop reckoned it would be difficult, due to some weird size or something (can you tell I'm no expert?!) but I'm hoping one of you fine people with greater knowledge can tell me different!
The website info just says "Hubs: Sealed bearing black 32h front / sealed bearing black 32h", and on another "Rear Hub Sealed 12x142mm".
Any ideas? It'd be a real shame to have to sell the bike, it seems great otherwise. So I'm really hoping there is a replacement I can get that is more towards the silent side of things. Thanks for reading.

If she really liked cycling she'd get over the noise of the hub....0

We often go to the Scottish Highlands, and noise would kinda ruin the "cycling through the amazing scenery checking out the wildlife" vibe we sometimes go for. Not so much a problem when flying down some track, or in town, but it would get used in different ways. I do see her point- not keen on it myself (I have a Whyte 629 which is silent). Ultimately I'd prefer her being happy with the bike completely rather than having to try and get used to it. It does seem an area that has wildly differing opinions... all new to me! I don't recall hearing noisy bikes, so it seems everyone else is peddaling constantly0

I used to have a lovely Hope hub on a set of TT wheels - that made a huge noise but it sounded excellent to me.
Can't honestly tell you which of my hubs make a noise or not now.
Sometimes they settle down with miles though ? Tell her to ride more ;-)0 -
Shimano hubs are pretty quiet.I don't do smileys.
