Wobble on Driveside Crank - FSA Gossamer, BB30 50/34

In the last couple of days, the drive side crank on my Cannondale CAAD8 has movement in it, 1 or 2mm, and causes the chain to rub against the front derailleur.

I dismantled the chains, and it's clear that there is movement between the spindle itself and the crank. My assumption is that this should be solid, and therefore the cause of my problems? And most likely just needing the entire crankset replaced?

Or is there a much simpler answer like a missing washer?

Thanks for the help in advance :D

Could just be a tightening issue.

However, if you don't know then get it in to the shop where you bought it, pronto, because you can do a lot of damage to the bearings or, worse still the splines on the axle (i.e. crankset replacement) quite quickly.
