fork for marin mount vision xm-9 bike

i got marin mount vision xm-9 bike it has fox 32 fork 140mm look at a fox 36 160 will it fit or is going to cause stress to the front end of the frame round the head tube just need info cheers

    Well of course it will cause stress, any/evry fork will! I presume you mean will it overstress the front of the frame?

    No it will almost certainly be just fine unless you are a really big guy and already used up a chunk of the safety margin built into the calculations.

    Don't forget it will also increase front centre length, raise the bars, slacken the head angle and raise the BB height, some or all of which you may not want.
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
