Reduced amount of compression clicks on RS Pike

Hi

I've got a Rockshox Pike RC that has just returned from full service. Before service I could get around 12-13 compression adjustment clicks on the charger unit and the knob could turn 180 degrees. Now after service I only get around 5 clicks and the knob only turns around 90 degrees. The weird thing is that it seems that the fork is fully open at "click 1" and fully closed at "click 5" so it seems to be working just with a reduces number of available adjustments in between.
Anyone know why this has occurred?

Best regards, Rasmus

The shop is closed for summer holiday the next week or so. So I thought I'd do a little research myself until the open again.

That shouldn't happen on an RC, in fact for a basic service it shouldn't change at all, you didn't ask for any enhancements?
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.

They did a full service incl. bleed of charger damper. Did not ask for enhancements. It's a 2014 Pike. Could it be that they used a servicekit for the new model? Or for an RCT3?

OK, so I've just got the fork back again after the shop took another look at it. They've been in contact with SRAM in order to clear the issue and they've compared with some other Pikes they had in store. SRAM says it is normal to only have 5 clicks of compression adjustment on the Pike. Funny thing is that it had 13 when I first got it back in 2014 and it had 13 when I got it back from it's first full service ind 2015. Now it's got 5.

Well other than that, it works completely fine
