Which one ???

Hi, As much as I want to go and spend cash on a brand new bike, looks like I am going to have to settle for a second hand one, well at least until I prove that coming back into cycling is not a quick passing phase. Anyway having looked at more bikes than I can remember; I am currently looking at three that seem to tick my boxes all with different pro's and Cons. All are around the £400 mark, but just can't decided which I should go for, so thought I would list them here an see what peoples views are.

Boardman Team carbon (Tiagra)
Btwin Alur 700 (105)
Specilized Allez (Sora)

Any pointers would be appreciated.
