Cervelo p2 vs felt 12 vs felt 14

Hi all
Looking for my first tt bike to use it in open races and club league.Just gettig into tt-ing,had a few tries and really enjoyed it.Thinking between these 3 bikes which one to purchase.Looking for some advice please or experience to pointing me to the right direction.
The cheaper felt would set me back about 1800 euros,the cervelo and the more expensive felt would cost about the same approx 2300,which is a great offer from my local shop regarding the p2.Wheelset wouldnt really need to consider,thinking to use the bike i buy with the Hed 6.9 wheelset or the Hed 9 black front and disc at the back,didnt make my mind up on that yet.thanx in advance for your help
