Frame help please

I'm looking to put together a hybrid for my other half and although I have probably enough parts in the bit-box, I need a frame!

Any recommendations? General road use, nothing fast but general fitness use by her.

Have a look on the Dolan website, they have some decent frames at reasonable prices

Planet X have the Pro Carbon for £250 or so at the moment, friend has one with flat bars for occasional commuting.
