XT 11SP M8000 derailleur Sram 11sp 10-42 cassette with a KMC 11sp chain?

Anybody know if the above combo is likely to work, i.e. mixing a Sram cassette with a KMC chain and a Shimano derailleur?

    It will work fine.
    I currently have a SRAM rear mech, Shimano cassette and KMC chain on one of my bikes and there are no problems.

    I have this exact set up and it works perfectly.

    M800 mech + x01 10-42 cassette + X11sl chain
