I've been out for laps on the circuit a few weekday mornings when there was nothing booked on the circuit--the gate to the parking lot is often closed when there isn't an event on but it's no problem to cycle in (or I think some people park in adjacent lots, though I don't know how lax enforcement is). A couple of times I've gotten to join in with a vets group that do laps of the circuit Tuesday and Friday mornings starting at 10, I think.
The calendar (http://hillingdoncyclecircuit.org.uk/?page_id=71) shows the times when the circuit is booked up. It does claim that it's "a guide, not a guarantee" but I've never run into any issues just showing up at other times and riding.0 -
Yes you can... mind the local yobs...a few years back I have been attacked by a couple of guys with a brick sized stone, the attempt was to down me and steal my bike, I'd assume. The neighbourhood around it is not the bestleft the forum March 20230

The circuit is basically in the middle of Minet Country Park, which is (obviously) a public space - you can see the public paths on google maps/google earth and where they cross the circuit. So it's accessible pretty much 24/7. On race days, most will park in Springfield Road or in the 'Goals' football complex next door.0
