Shimano 10sp dura ace bar end shifters compatibility

I am looking to change to bull horn bars and fit bar end shifters. Current groupset is Tiagra and wondered if the above shifters are compatible with my 10sp derailleur? I realise Tiagra is budget end but if as long as it works I don't mind!

    4600 will work OK but not 4700

    Thanks, are you referring to the derailleur needing to be 4600?
