Full face helmet with removable chin guard / hybrid between full face and normal helmet needed

I used to have a MET parachute helmet which was like a normal cycling helmet with a chin guard you could attach. I need to replace it and note that the new model of this helmet has a non-removable chin guard and is a 'proper' full face helmet.

Are there any helmets about that are a hybrid between a normal cycling helmet and a full face?

A proper full face is a bit excessive for what I do (cross country rides) but I'd like some face protection after a friend really damaged her teeth .....

    I have the Bell. It's okay. Works well. Fit is fairly good.
