Canyon Aerod Sizing XL vs 2XL

Hi-On Canyon website they recommend XL for 189-194 and 2XL for 194-202. I am 6-4 (193). Which size do you guys recommend? Which frame gives me more flexibility to play with the fit? Is it recommended to get slightly bigger frame in general? My only concern is the integrated cockpit if I get the XL and not be able to use a longer stem. Thank you!

    I'm 183cm and fit perfect on a medium (I have a long torso).

    Being only 10cm taller than me, I would suggest the XL.

    A guy I ride with has a XXL Ultimate, but he's about 200cm tall.

    if its any help im 6'3 (~75kg) and went with a XL on a Ultimate CF SLX last year. it came with a 110mm stem and i changed lately to a 130mm which seems more like the fit for me. never had a bike fit on it but feel comfortable.
