Cycle carrier

I've just taken posession of a 2009 Ford Mondeo hatchback. I have a Halfords cycle carrier that I used on the previous Citroen Xsara Picasso. Does anyone know if this is compatible? I can't seem to find details anywhere.

If not, any suggestions for a replacement?

    HI Tashman,
    I guess the Halfords is attached to the tailgate with straps. If you are not too worried about paint damage or dents then you could give the old carrier a go. I would spend some time checking all is safe first though as you are responsible not just for your bike but those behind you on the road. Also remember that your lights and number plate should be visible.
    I would recommend you fit a flange towbar then get a carrier. Lots of choice out there.
