Time Trial Bike Sizing

Hi All,
Sorry if this is a subject that has been covered many times before but any help would be appreciated.
After my first year of Time Trialling using my Road bike with clip-ons (10m - 21.50) I am keen to purchase a Time Trial bike in a bid to break 21 minutes.
Does the Bike brand make much difference these days with regards FIT? or do you just need to get the right size frame.
If I get a bike fit and all the dimensions, who or how do I choose the right bike
Seems that the pros just use the bikes they are given...
