Anyone had trouble fitting finned Superstar pads?

Hi all.

I got some Arctic Superstar fins and pads for my Guide brakes. They slot in perfectly, but I can't get the bolt back through. Superstar have been very good and given me something to try, and will send out another set if I don't have any luck, but wondering if anyone on here has any ideas.

The bolt goes through the calliper, fin, pads, spring, other, pad, other fin, but then doesn't line up with the hole on the other side of the calliper. Same with both sets, in both callipers. I've pushed the pistons in as far as I can. The only thing I haven't tried is swapping the pads round, but that shouldn't really make a difference and they're not right/left specific.

Any ideas?

If you have the original pads, compare them with the finned ones, take one of each from opposite sides and lay one on top of other, that should show up any issues.
