Shimano ST-5800 11-speed compability issues

I've recently bought online a new set of 105 shifters and brakes. However, instead of the ST-5700 10-speed models, the shop sent me ST-5800 11-speed shifters and 5800 brakes. My bike is, yes, a 10-speed 2007 Felt. The freehub doesn't accept the 11-spped cassette. To return them, unfortunately, is impossible due to complicated logistics. So I wonder if I could use the mentioned 11-speed 5800 shifters with my present 10-speed 6600GS Ultegra rear and 5600 front derailleurs? I understand the cable pull is different, but is this more of an issue with the brakes than with the drive train? :?: :roll:

    J-Tek shift mate will convert the the cable pull for the rear mech. The front mech will work but the cable pull difference will make set up a bit more tricky.
