Shimano 9100 backward compatible .. ?

Looking to add a few new nice bits to my bike, mainly rear / front mech upgrades and perhaps 9100 sti's.

Can anyone confirm if I drip feed bits onto the bike will it all be compatible with what is on there now - Ultegra 6800 ?

It'll be front, then rear, then sti's.

Should be OK according to the info on the latest compatibility guide from Shimano
