Which One Should I Get

Just would like to ask some advice before I make a final decision.

Ill be 99.9% on tarmac, but would still like it to be confortable.

From those 2, the Lithium is the more mountain bikey and the Neon more road focused. If it was my money it'd be the Neon. I prefer the 50/34 chainring to the triple of the other and I think it'd be the quicker bike too.
