Hi

I'm looking to upgrade my 90s racer to more modern components. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good bike shop that would do a good job on this, as opposed to a chain shop

I live in South West London but near West/South London and Surrey.

Thanks

Buy the parts and do it yourself. Far more fun, cheaper and you'll probably be more particularly doing it.
I ride a bike. Doesn't make me green or a tree hugger. I drive a car too.

I'd replace stuff if it was broken but otherwise I'd not bother. I'd think a lot of standards have changed since the mid 90s anyway. You may be better off getting a whole new bike ?
