Worth to keep old dura ace 7200?

Hi guys, this is my new post here
Recently I bought a OImo road bike from early 80s and it came with some nice old stuff:
RD Shimano Dura Ace 7200
Brake calipers Shimano Dura Ace 7200
Regina extra oro cassete (3 speed only, perhaps to save weight?)
Some old tubular Nisi Toro rims with campagnolo (rear) and special gipiemme (front) hubs
Ofmega crank
Old clipless Look Delta(?)
My question is, does it worth to keep the bike with its original components?
I'm asking that, because I'm considering to put the Ultegra 6800 group set, but somehow I have the feeling that I should not do it
Any suggestion guys?
Thanks
