Di2 - reprogramming TT shifter from left to right

Need some urgent help with Di2-first aid....
With 3 days left to IRONMAN 70.3 race, on of my TT shifters on my Ultegra Di2 system has gone dead. The rest of the system works fine, but I am unable to move the rear mech while on the aerobars, which is of course not ideal. I have checked all connections etc, so I assume something has gone wrong with the actual shifter (cable maybe)...
So the question is - is there any way I can reconfigure the right TT shifter to move the rear mech instead of the front mech. That way I could at least use the rear mech while on the aerobars which would make life a lot easier.
Can it be done? And how? I have the SM-BCR2 charger, so I guess I should be able to connect to this e-tube software?
