Ultimate CF SLX 8 now or Cervelo R3 in autumn?

I'm committed to buying n+1 and having seen the new Cervelo R3 yesterday instantly fell in love. Due to do a test ride next week. But, it's currently only available in Di2 and I want the Ultegra one as it's cheaper and good enough, but not available until October.

However, Canyon have a stonking sale on and the Ultimate is currently 20% off. Somewhat torn, any help/insight appreciated. Thanks
