Bike closet legit? Reynolds 46 Aero

found a crazy deal on Reynolds 46 Aero wheelset, but never heard of this seller. Bike Closet. They are based in California, responds to emails in minutes and reply to texts as well.

Has anyone heard of them or dealt with them?

Also for Reynolds 46 wheels. They have not been updated since 2014? (except this new year model?)

Not heard of them but they promise the best prices but then look at their kask helmet and it's triple the price I paid for it.

Just a bit odd.

If your are importing to U.K. add duty and VAT, not really that good a deal even if legit.
