TT Brakes for bar ends

Hi and thanks in advance for replies,
I am setting up my road bike with a flat bar (TT base bar).
I intend to use a bar-end brake as the primary brake on a road bike.
Is there any difference between in performance, for example, Dura ace brakes at 160 bucks a pair

as compared to these
http://www.wiggle.com.au/deda-brake-levers-for-aerobars/
or these:

at $40 a pair.
I really don't mind spending more if the brakes have better leverage and braking but given that they are both just two pivoty bits of metal pulling a cable , I wonder if I should go the cheaper option. As nice as it is having a component with dura-ace written on it.
cheers,
wily
