Should I worry?

My rear mech does not index properly but I don't know what is the reason/reasons. The wheel has a slight wobble too needs to be trued I suppose.

    Google cassette wobble, there's quite a few videos on YouTube about it and how it can be fixed

    Quite obviously truing the wheel has no effect on gear indexing.
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
