Dropper post play

I've got a giant reign, the dropper seat post has quite a lot of rotational play, see video https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwDOyw4tAIJfazhRTWMyblhaZnc/view?usp=sharing. Is this normal?

    My Giant dropper has about the same amount of play. Took it to my LBS last week and was told it's ok but to take it back if it gets worse.
