Twisted inner plates

I had some skipping issues and on closer inspection, I have twisted inner plates on my SRAM 11-speed chain on one link.

What's the best way to fix this albeit knowing I will eventually replace the whole chain but if I can make a winter chain from this one?

I also checked my cassette. There is a line of teeth that look different from the others. Is this also twisted or related to the pick-up?

I've got a quick link and had a look at replacing that section but it looks different. Is that due to quick link being two outer plates but will still be ok length-wiser?
