Having been a toss up between the Marin Hawk Hill and the Boardman Pro FS a couple of months ago, I went for the Boardman, and glad I did. At the time they were a similar price. The Marin was £1350 but with various discounts I could get the Boardman for £1300, and it is a better spec.
Just given the Hawk Hill a google, and it's available for £945!

Having ridden one, and really enjoyed it, I would personally choose this over the Team FS or the Bossnut at the same price point. Just thought this could be of use to someone.
