Specialized Sirrus upgrade

Hi, can anyone tell me whether it is possible to upgrade a 2009 Specialized Sirrus Elite and fit an 11 speed groupset or would the rear stays be too narrow?

    Hub spacing for 11 speed is 131mm, hub spacing for 8-speed to 10-speed is 130mm. Essentially, it will be fine.

    In fact, most people don't even mention the 1mm because it doesn't matter.
