SRAM Force Shifter Fault.
Hi guys.
I've developed an issue with my right hand 10 speed SRAM Force Shifter.
It will shift up the gears, ie goto smaller cogs but will not down shift 'double tap'.
When trying to down shift by pushing the lever to double tap, it clicks but you can literally push it well past it's normal stop and return position and it does not down shift.
It seems like it's not engaging something inside.
I'm going to have a proper look later but wondered if anyone had any advise or experience or SRAM shifter issues.

Not had the problem myself but, I would check the cable hasn't broken up inside or if it was sleeved that the sleeve hasn't chewed up inside. Remember you can remove the triangular piece of plastic with the three screws which makes life easier.0

Cable is ok. Will have a look at the internals later.

This happened to me - not sure what the technical name is but the small moving knife shaped part that meshes into the toothed wheel to select the gears had snapped. New shifter time. They don't last forever.0
