£2000 New bike advice

Hi guys,
New here but I thought I might be able to get some help/opinions.
Been riding now for nearly 4 years but as my 18th birthday has just arrived, its new bike time!
I've got 2k to play with, but im really struggling to decide what to buy. I've been considering the Canyon Spectral Al 5.0 EX, which for 1799 looks a good bike, but have also considering the 6.0 EX which is just below 2k on offer at the moment. Seen the Commencal meta AM V3/4 which also look to be good value.
I would be using the bike for day to day trail/all mountain duties but also would like to race enduro competitively from time to time, as well as the occasional trip to a bikepark.
Any help/recommendations would be greatly appreciated,
