I’m looking for a new 11 speed chain. Will the SRAM PC 1110 product work on my 2 x 11 set ups (105 & Ultegra) or is it only for the 1 x 11 groups?
If it won’t then can someone explain why? Cheers.

Thanks but that doesn't answer my question.

The PC1101 is a good price and I wondering if it will work.

Why dont you just buy a chain that is optimised for double ring shifting, there isnt that much difference in price surely?

I would be asking myself why are Sram stating this is a chain for 1x 11 if it works as well or better on an 2 x 11 set-up!

Logically a chain designed for 1 x11 isnt going to be as flexible as it doesn't have to deal with the side loads of shifting from a 34 to a 50t chain ring, it wont have those little cut outs that supposedly help in smooth shifting or prevent chain drop....but its your money.
